Independent Contractor Agreement Conflict Of Interest

The fact that a proposed transaction or agreement involves a real or potential conflict of interest does not necessarily mean that it is illegal or prohibited, but simply requires that the following practices and procedures be followed. All real or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed in accordance with these practices and procedures, and any insured person must refrain from participating in any decision-making on any matters on which his or her personal interests and those of the Foundation may be in conflict. 3.
